• Standard home delivery at €9.90 per order for purchases under €99, and free standard home delivery by THREADS OF HOPE for orders of €99 and above. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the validation of your order and payment.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, by our authorized carriers Colissimo and Chronopost.

Need to make a return?

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to initiate your return.

To process your return, please follow the link provided here and have your order number ready.

Return shipping fees are waived if you choose to return your products with our carrier, following our return procedure, and using the prepaid shipping label we provide.

• Please note that returned products must have been purchased on the threadsofhope.com website. They must be new, unused, and accompanied by the original labels and accessories. Product documents and labels must also be returned. THREADS OF HOPE reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.
